There are recipes that are made once, enjoyed for an evening and forgotten by the next morning. And then there are the ones that keep coming back.
A combination that worked better than expected.
A technique worth remembering.
A drink that someone asks for six months later and nobody quite remembers how it was made.
So we started writing things down.
Somewhere between the bar and the notebook, a book began to take shape.

A collection of cocktails, spirits, techniques, stories and the occasional questionable idea, gathered from behind the bar, from the people who work there, and from everywhere a good drink has ever taken us.
It isn't finished yet. Some recipes are already written. Others are still being argued with.
