THE WOMAN BEHIND THE MUSIC
RACHEL
Rachel’s relationship with music started long before the DJ booth.
After years of training in dance and music in Amsterdam, she began as a singer, later performing alongside DJs in Barcelona’s club scene. Over time, those two worlds became one.

FROM VOCALS TO THE DECKS
THE DECKS WERE NEVER THE WHOLE STORY.
What began as live performance alongside DJ's gradually became something more personal. Rachel started building her own sets, bringing together funky house, disco and live vocals, not as separate parts of the night, but as one performance.

HER NIGHTS
SOMETIMES THE MUSIC BECOMES THE CONCEPT
At The Dutchess, Rachel also creates evenings with their own identity.
Some are built for the dance floor. Others are quieter, more intimate and centred around the voice.
Then the night becomes more than a set. It becomes a performance.

STUDIO 54
There was a time when going out was an occasion.
Dressing up was part of the ritual. The music mattered. The room mattered. And nobody seemed particularly interested in going home early.
Rachel brings a little of that spirit to The Dutchess, disco, glamour, confidence and just enough excess to make the night feel different.
Not a recreation. Not a costume party.
Her own interpretation of a night where the music, the room and the people all become part of the performance.
ANOTHER SIDE OF RACHEL
SOMETIMES SHE LEAVES THE DECKS BEHIND.
Not every Rachel night begins behind the DJ booth.
For some performances, she steps fully into the role of vocalist, joining a DJ who shapes the sound around her while Rachel brings the music to life through the voice.
In a different setup, in a different mood and another side of the performer behind all those nights.

A SADE NIGHT
There are nights that ask for volume.
This one asks for atmosphere.
For A Sade Night, Rachel steps away from the decks and into the songs, performing alongside a DJ who builds the evening around Sade’s unmistakable blend of soul, jazz and quiet sophistication.
It is less about spectacle and more about presence.
